Brittani M. Ross, 26, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to using a phone in a drug trafficking scheme, according to a recent plea deal.
Ross, who was arrested in connection with a drug conspiracy, used a phone to discuss various matters related to the crime, according to court documents.
The charges against Ross arose from an investigation by the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Department, Tahlequah Police Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
The case against Ross is a serious one, with the potential for up to 4 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.00.
Assistant United States Attorney Shannon Henson represented the United States in the case.
The Honorable Kimberly E. West, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted Ross’s guilty plea and ordered the completion of a presentence report. Sentencing will be scheduled upon its completion.
