Grimey Times Exclusive: In a stunning revelation from Muskogee, Oklahoma, 43-year-old Bobby Gene Smith from Broken Arrow has pleaded guilty to embezzling government funds. The charges stem from a fraudulent scheme that saw Smith unlawfully appropriating over $1,000 in unemployment insurance compensation benefits he was not entitled to.
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced Smith’s guilty plea on an Information charging him with Theft Of Government Funds, as per Title 18, United States Code, Section 641.
