Erik Lee Madison, a 21-year-old member of a violent extremist network known as ‘764’, has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually exploiting at least 10 minor female victims in Maryland. The crimes occurred between November 2024 and November 2025, when Madison used the internet to create and share extreme content, including child sexual abuse material. Madison, of Halethorpe, Maryland, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Matthew J. Maddox, who also ordered him to pay $3,000 in restitution and serve a lifetime of supervised release.
Madison’s sentence is the result of a collaborative effort between law enforcement agencies, including the FBI Baltimore Field Office, the Anne Arundel County Police Department, and the Baltimore County Police Department. U.S. Attorney Kelly O. Hayes announced the sentence, stating that Madison’s actions were ‘heinous’ and that he would be held accountable for his crimes.
The FBI Baltimore Field Office has vowed to continue working with law enforcement partners to hold violent online networks accountable and to stop predatory criminals like Madison. Special Agent in Charge Jimmy Paul stated that the FBI would not stand for ‘these monstrous acts’ and would remain determined to stop them.
Madison’s case serves as a reminder of the importance of law enforcement collaboration and the need for vigilance in protecting the most vulnerable members of our community. As U.S. Attorney Hayes stated, ‘we will find you, prosecute you, and bring you to justice’ for those who engage in these deplorable acts.
