Florida Man Walks Free After Kidnapping and Abusive Sexual Contact Charges
Cody Donovan Smith, a 21-year-old from Naples, Florida, has been acquitted by a federal jury on one count of kidnapping and one count of abusive sexual contact in the state of Wyoming.
