Larry J. Williams Jr, Triple Murder, Ohio 2024

COLUMBUS, Ohio – In a grim turn of events, Larry J. Williams Jr., 44, also known as ‘J Streets,’ was sentenced in U.S. District Court to three consecutive life sentences plus an additional 60 consecutive months for orchestrating the murder of three victims and directing the dismemberment and burial of two bodies.

Williams, a leader in a narcotics conspiracy aimed at robbing a local marijuana dealer, is accused of shooting Connor Reynolds, 23, during a June 27, 2018, robbery at 847 E.N. Broadway. The motive was to steal drugs and cash for sale. To cover his tracks, Williams went on to murder Henry Watson, 52, and Tera Pennington, 48.

Williams, who also received five concurrent life sentences, ordered the bodies of Watson and Pennington to be cleaned with bleach and buried elsewhere after being dismembered and removed from the crime scene. His drug operations were centered at 121 Stevens Ave., where he sold fentanyl, heroin, meth, and cocaine.

Patrick Foster, 41, a co-defendant, was sentenced to 70 months for directing others in moving and disposing of the bodies. Foster’s residence on Sullivant Avenue had concrete jackhammered through its basement floor to conceal the remains.

The investigation, involving multiple agencies including ICE, Ohio BCI, and Franklin County Coroner’s Office, led to a total of 13 convictions in this case. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Elizabeth A. Geraghty and Timothy D. Prichard represented the United States during the trial.
