Wyoming Man Pleads Guilty to Wire Fraud and Tax Violations
DAVID A. JACKSON, a/k/a GERALD DAVID JACKSON, a/k/a GERALD D. RODERICK-JACKSON, of Gillette, Wyoming, has pleaded guilty to charges of wire fraud, willful failure to collect or pay over tax, and filing a false tax return.
According to the United States Attorney Bob Murray, DAVID A. JACKSON appeared for a change of plea hearing before United States District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on February 23, 2022. Sentencing has been set for May 16, 2022.
