DAYTON, OH – Andrew Demma, 38, of Dayton, has pleaded guilty to a sickening crime: possession of child pornography depicting prepubescent minors. The plea comes as a result of a sprawling national FBI investigation targeting individuals involved in the distribution and possession of this vile material.
The grim details revealed in court documents show investigators executed a search warrant at Demma’s residence on August 11, 2015, uncovering a digital hoard of depravity. More than 600 images and videos of child pornography were seized, damning evidence of his depraved interest. Demma now faces the consequences of his actions.
Demma isn’t alone in facing federal charges. James Gaver, 71, of Kettering, Ohio, and Robert Phelps, 49, of Jackson Center, Ohio, both previously pleaded guilty in April to the exact same charge: possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors.
