A convicted felon from Jennings, Florida, is facing federal charges for possessing a firearm. Jeremy Jovon Randolph, 37, was indicted in Tallahassee, Florida, for having a gun despite his previous conviction. The indictment was announced by United States Attorney John P. Heekin for the Northern District of Florida. Randolph’s arraignment was held in federal court before United States Magistrate Judge Martin A. Fitzpatrick in Tallahassee, and his jury trial is scheduled for June 22, 2026, at 8:30 am before United States District Court Judge Mark E. Walker.
