In a brutal fentanyl conspiracy, two Brevard County men are headed to federal prison for peddling the deadly opioid.
Eric William Garvin, 29, of Palm Bay, and Anthony Lee Khan, 40, of Palm Bay, were sentenced by U.S. District Judge Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe to 17 years and six months and 14 years and eight months, respectively.
According to court documents, Khan sold an ounce of fentanyl to a confidential source on three separate occasions in August and September 2025. Garvin supplied the fentanyl to Khan for each of these deals.
Search warrants were executed at both of their residences, leading to the recovery of over 900 grams of cocaine, over 400 grams of methamphetamine, and over 350 grams of fentanyl.
