Ada Resident Pleads Guilty to Felony Assaults

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – Isaiah Thomas Billey, age 23, of Ada, Oklahoma, has been brought to justice after entering a guilty plea to two counts of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country.

The crimes, punishable by a term of up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine, occurred in Pittsburg County, within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The Superseding Indictment alleged that Billey assaulted one victim on May 2, 2025, resulting in serious bodily injury, and a second victim on September 23, 2025, also resulting in serious bodily injury.

The charges arose from an investigation by the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Lewis M. Reagan represented the United States in this case.

Billey will remain in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending sentencing, where a U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
