MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – Isaiah Thomas Billey, age 23, of Ada, Oklahoma, has been brought to justice after entering a guilty plea to two counts of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country.

The crimes, punishable by a term of up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine, occurred in Pittsburg County, within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The Superseding Indictment alleged that Billey assaulted one victim on May 2, 2025, resulting in serious bodily injury, and a second victim on September 23, 2025, also resulting in serious bodily injury.

The charges arose from an investigation by the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
