Jacob Snow, 39, Sentenced to 46 Months in Prison for Narcotics Conspiracy
BUFFALO, N.Y. – Jacob Snow, a 39-year-old Jamestown man, has been sentenced to serve 46 months in prison for his role in a narcotics conspiracy in the Jamestown area.
According to U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo, Snow was convicted of narcotics conspiracy and sentenced by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo on January 2021 to May 24, 2021. The charges stemmed from Snow’s involvement in the sale of heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine in the Jamestown area.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua A. Violanti stated that between January and May 24, 2021, Snow conspired with Alisha A. Klinger and others to sell narcotics in the Jamestown area. Snow sold drugs and collected payments on behalf of Klinger.
On May 24, 2021, an individual was kidnapped at gunpoint and driven to a wooded area, where the individual was then hit multiple times, including by Snow. This incident involved approximately $10,000 worth of heroin/fentanyl and methamphetamine that the individual had taken from Snow a day prior.
Charges remain pending against Klinger. Snow’s sentencing is the result of an investigation by the Jamestown Police Department, under the direction of Chief Timothy Jackson, the Drug Enforcement Administration, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge Frank A. Tarentino III, New York Field Division, and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Sheriff James Quattrone.
