Local Woman Sentenced for Involvement in Multistate Drug Ring

Jordan Dolney, a resident of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, was sentenced to 16 months in federal prison for her involvement in the distribution of a controlled substance, specifically a mixture of heroin and fentanyl. According to court documents, Dolney was initially indicted by a federal grand jury in February 2022 for Distribution of a Controlled Substance. She pleaded guilty on October 7, 2022, and was subsequently sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Jeffrey L. Viken on December 16, 2022.
