ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA – A 29-year-old man from Elkins, West Virginia, has admitted to a serious crime that could land him behind bars for up to 20 years and a fine of up to $1,000,000.

Joshua Dewayne Simmons, a resident of Elkins, pleaded guilty today to one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine—Aiding and Abetting. According to court documents, Simmons sold methamphetamine in Randolph County in November 2020.
