Kabryen Sharrod Ross, 33, Sentenced to 10 Years for Armed Fentanyl Trafficking
A Tifton, Georgia, man was sentenced to prison for armed fentanyl distribution after selling heroin mixed with fentanyl from an outdoor table.
Kabryen Sharrod Ross, also known as ‘Juice,’ was sentenced to 120 months in prison to be followed by five years of supervised release by Senior U.S. District Judge W. Louis Sands on April 2, 2025.
Ross previously pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of fentanyl and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime on July 30, 2025.
According to the court documents, Ross maintained a burn barrel to quickly destroy drugs if needed and offered discounts or trades for wood pallets to keep the fire burning.
The investigation was conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, USAO, in Arkansas. There is no parole in the federal system.
Ross’s sentence is a result of his involvement in the fentanyl distribution ring, which posed a significant threat to public health and safety in the community.
Law enforcement agencies have been cracking down on fentanyl trafficking in recent years, and this sentencing serves as a reminder of the severe consequences of engaging in such activities.
