Fleming pleaded guilty on April 3, 2025, and admitted aiding co-defendants K’Orion A. Duff and others in the illegal transfer of firearms. His sentencing took place on September 9, 2025, before U.S. District Judge Beth Phillips.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a national initiative aimed at eliminating cartels, transnational criminal organizations, and violent crime in communities across the United States.
