Lamark Hall, Jr., Distribution of Cocaine Base, West Virginia 2022

A Cleveland man has been sentenced for his role in distributing cocaine base in West Virginia.

Lamark Hall, Jr., also known as ‘Cuz,’ pleaded guilty in June 2022 to one count of ‘Distribution of Cocaine Base.’

Hall admitted to selling cocaine base in June 2019 in Ohio County, West Virginia.

United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld announced the sentencing, which took place on an unspecified date.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Clayton J. Reid prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.

The Ohio Valley Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated the case.

U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey presided over the sentencing hearing.

Hall, 40, was sentenced to 46 months of incarceration for his role in the crime.

The case serves as a reminder of the ongoing battle against drug trafficking in the region.
