Man Sentenced to 19 Years for Aggravated Sexual Assault
A Solen, ND man has been sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for aggravating sexual assault by use of force. Clifford See Walker, 27, was sentenced on June 11, 2018, by Chief United States District Judge Daniel L. Hovland.
The crime occurred on April 25, 2017, when Walker forced his way into a residence in Ft. Yates, ND, and held the victim down while he sexually assaulted her. The victim managed to escape and call the police, who later arrested Walker after a brief chase.
Walker, who has a history of burglaries and assaults, had been released from prison just nine days before committing the crime. He admitted to the crime during a police interview and revealed that he had entered the residence and sexually assaulted the victim.
