A Massachusetts man is behind bars for trying to lure a 13-year-old girl to Albany for sex. Mark Nacht, 65, was caught in a sting operation after exchanging explicit messages with an undercover agent.
Between December 18, 2025, and April 10, 2026, Nacht believed he was chatting with a 13-year-old relative. Instead, it was an FBI agent.
Nacht travelled from Massachusetts to Albany with the intent to engage in sex acts with the underage girl. Law enforcement arrested him shortly after he arrived at the location.
According to court documents, Nacht directly communicated with another undercover agent pretending to be the 13-year-old girl, grooming her for sex. He faces federal charges for attempted enticement of a minor.
