Brandon Murray, Fentanyl Trafficking, New York 2026

⏱ 3 min read

A fentanyl-fueled cocaine and heroin ring, busted in western New York, has landed two alleged dealers behind bars. Brandon Murray, 41, of Jamestown and Latika Saintkitts, 35, of Buffalo, face a decade in federal prison minimum, with a maximum life sentence, if convicted.

The indictment unsealed this week accuses Murray and Saintkitts of conspiring to sell fentanyl, methamphetamine, and heroin between 2021 and September 2024. On April 3, 2024, Saintkitts allegedly sold crack cocaine, and on June 14, 2024, she allegedly sold fentanyl.

The investigation, dubbed Operation Take Back America, is a nationwide initiative to dismantle cartels and transnational crime organizations. The DEA and Jamestown Police Department worked together to crack the case.

Murray was detained, pending a hearing on April 13, 2026. Saintkitts was released on condition. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced the charges.
