Former High School Teacher Detained Pending Trial for Child Pornography
Louisville, KY – Matthew Graves, a 38-year-old former high school physical education teacher and assistant coach with Kentucky Country Day of Louisville, has been detained pending trial for violating child exploitation laws.
Graves, who was employed by the school, is charged with advertising, receipt, and transportation of child pornography. These charges stem from his use of the social media messaging application KIK.
According to the indictment, Graves was arrested by federal authorities on March 21, 2016, and arraigned on March 24, 2016. He is currently in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
