Deandre Maurice Jennings, a 39-year-old Coosada, Alabama man, was busted on February 20, 2025, during a traffic stop in Montgomery, where law enforcement found 434 grams of methamphetamine and a handgun in his vehicle. Jennings, a convicted felon, is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition. The traffic stop led to his arrest and subsequent convictions for methamphetamine distribution and illegal firearm possession. On May 6, 2026, Jennings was sentenced to 130 months in federal prison.
