Five Mexican nationals and one Honduran were arrested in Southern Georgia for immigration violations, accused of re-entering the United States after being removed.
The indictment charges Alejandro Mendoza-Hernandez, 39, with re-entry after removal in Long County.
Didier Mora-Tino, 38, was arrested in Ware County, while Marcos Saraya-Canales, 26, was picked up in Evans County.
Porfirio Suarez-Olan, 40, was arrested in Atkinson County, and Luis Angel Velasquez-Montes, 27, was arrested in Chatham County.
Kenny Omar Diaz-Diaz, 35, a Honduran national, was also arrested in Chatham County.
The cases are being investigated by Homeland Security Investigations and prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
