Ashlyn Jade Henry, 25, sold fentanyl-laced cocaine to multiple victims in Morristown, Tennessee, resulting in at least three overdose deaths in January 2024.
Henry’s supplier, based in Knoxville, provided the deadly drugs. She’d resell them to people in Morristown, often laced with fentanyl.
Two additional victims survived after overdosing and being resuscitated. Both identified Henry as the dealer.
On May 13, 2026, Henry was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison and five years supervised release by Judge Clifton L. Corker.
U.S. Attorney Francis M. Hamilton III praised the joint investigation involving the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Morristown Police Department, and Hamblen County Sheriff’s Office.
