A Luzerne County man is charged with producing and distributing child pornography, federal authorities announced.
Andrew John Murphy, 42, of Nanticoke, PA, was indicted on April 28, 2026, by a federal grand jury on child exploitation charges.
According to investigators, Murphy produced child pornography from December 2023 through April 2026 and distributed it on April 21, 2026.
The investigation was led by Homeland Security Investigations.
Murphy faces up to 50 years in prison and a fine if convicted.
