A federal grand jury in Nebraska has handed down 19 indictments against 21 defendants, charging them with a range of serious crimes, including cocaine trafficking, child abuse, and gun crimes.
The indictments, unsealed in April 2026, include charges of possession of 5 kilograms or more of cocaine with intent to distribute, sexual abuse of a minor in Indian Country, and being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Among those charged is Manjot Singh, 25, of Sacramento, California, who is accused of possessing large quantities of cocaine with intent to distribute on January 14, 2026. If convicted, Singh faces up to life in prison and a $10 million fine.
Other defendants, including Rolando Jaimes, 21, of Niobrara, Nebraska, and Harol Edwin Cruz Suarez, 39, of Bellevue, Nebraska, are charged with child abuse and possession of child pornography.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nebraska is leading the investigation, with assistance from the FBI and DEA.
