Nicole Serentine, Wire Fraud, Louisiana 2017

A shocking case of wire fraud has come to light in Jefferson, Louisiana. Nicole Serentine, a 35-year-old secretary and dispatcher at Company A.M.M., pleaded guilty to a one-count Bill of Information charging her with wire fraud.

According to the Bill of Information, from around June 2010 through February 2017, Serentine worked at Company A.M.M. Located in Jefferson, Louisiana. Around October 2014 through February 17, 2017, Serentine devised a scheme to defraud Company A.M.M. out of more than $500,000 by using her role as administrative assistant to order a fuel card that she was not entitled to use, and unlawfully used it for her own personal expenses, including food, gas, and cash advances.
