Parmelee Man Charged with Aggravated Sexual Abuse

A 48-year-old man from Parmelee, South Dakota, has been accused of a heinous crime. Randy Never Misses A Shot, 48, has been indicted by a federal grand jury for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child.

The indictment was handed down on January 16, 2013, and Never Misses A Shot appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on January 18, 2013, to face the charges. During his arraignment, Never Misses A Shot pled not guilty to the indictment.

The maximum penalty for conviction is life imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, or both. It’s essential to note that the charge is an accusation, and Never Misses A Shot is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The investigation into this disturbing crime is being led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Troy Morley is handling the prosecution of the case. Unfortunately, Never Misses A Shot was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal, pending further proceedings.
