Camden Man Sentenced to 10 Years for Distributing Child Pornography
CAMDEN, N.J. – A Camden County, New Jersey, man was sentenced today to 120 months in prison and 10 years of supervised release for distributing videos and images of child sexual abuse.
Ryan Osinski, 33, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, pleaded guilty on Nov. 17, 2022, before U.S. District Judge Christine P. O’Hearn in Camden federal court to an information charging him with one count of distribution of child pornography.
According to court documents, Osinski distributed child pornography videos and images in 2022, which is a federal offense. The investigation was led by the FBI’s Trenton Resident Agency, with assistance from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
Osinski’s sentence reflects the severity of the crime. The distribution of child pornography is a heinous act that causes irreparable harm to the victims and their families. The court’s decision sends a strong message that such crimes will not be tolerated.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jason S. Gould, who praised the collaborative effort between federal and local law enforcement agencies in bringing Osinski to justice.
