Former Correctional Officer Charged with Sexually Abusing Inmate

A former correctional officer at Rensselaer County Correctional Facility has been indicted for allegedly sexually abusing a female federal detainee.

According to the indictment, Sean Morrissey, 51, of Waterford, New York, knowingly rubbed the genitalia of the inmate between September 7, 2018 and September 21, 2018.
