BEAUMONT, Texas – A grim revelation emerges as a 49-year-old Hull, Texas, woman named Vicki Stark-Fitts pleads guilty to racketeering charges, specifically related to her involvement in a “white’s only” criminal enterprise dealing methamphetamine and murder in the Eastern District of Texas.
Stark-Fitts, along with three others, Kenny Don Stanley (25), Tanner Lynn Bourque (33), also known as “Two Shoes,” “Hitman,” and Kristopher Leigh Guidry (28), known as “Hollywood,” were all implicated in a seven-count superseding indictment returned by a federal grand jury on August 7, 2013. This is part of an ongoing series of Eastern District prosecutions targeting the SWS and Aryan Brotherhood of Texas (ABT).
According to court documents, the Solid Wood Soldiers (SWS), founded in the 1990s by inmates within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, has expanded its operations from protecting white inmates to trafficking methamphetamine and firearms. The organization maintains power through intimidation and violence, including robberies and murders.
The indictment details a chilling sequence of events involving SWS members Bourque, Guidry, and Stark-Fitts in 2011. On March 11, 2011, a shooting incident occurred when SWS member James Lee Sedtal was delivering methamphetamine. Following this, Sedtal was shot and killed by Stanley at Stark-Fitts’s residence on March 14, 2011. Bourque ordered the murder to prevent ABT retaliation.
Stanley, Bourque, and Guidry each pleaded guilty to violating 18 U.S.C. 1959(a)(1), murder in aid of racketeering, with Bourque, Guidry, and Stanley facing life imprisonment. Stark-Fitts pleaded guilty to a violation of 18 U.S.C. 1962(c), RICO, and also faces up to life imprisonment.
The investigation revealed that the ring sought to maintain and increase its position within SWS by eliminating threats like Sedtal. All twelve defendants were charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, with potential sentences ranging from 10 years to life imprisonment if convicted.
