Tickfaw Man Gets 72 Months for Heroin Conspiracy
U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced the sentencing of MICHAEL PENN, a 41-year-old man from Tickfaw, Louisiana, to 72 months in prison for his role in a heroin conspiracy.

On five separate occasions, PENN sold heroin to an undercover officer with the Hammond Police Department at various locations within the Hammond area. Each transaction was audio and video recorded.
