Timothy L. Black Weasel, Failure To Pay Legal Child Support, South Dakota 2013

A Montana man has been sentenced for failure to pay legal child support in South Dakota. Timothy L. Black Weasel, 28, of Browning, Montana, was found guilty of failure to pay over $18,000 in past due child support.

However, the amount was subsequently modified to $391 commencing July 1, 2008.
