A Waterbury man is going to prison for selling fentanyl laced with deadly additives and a stolen pistol in 2024, investigators say.
Timeek Heath, 42, made two controlled buys for investigators in August and September 2024, selling them fentanyl with xylazine and tramadol. He also sold a loaded Glock pistol to the same buyer, who was a convicted felon.
The pistol was stolen from a car in Waterbury in 2024, and a trace revealed its origin. Heath was detained and pleaded guilty to one count of fentanyl distribution and one count of firearms trafficking on November 10, 2025.
Heath will serve 18 months in prison and three years of supervised release for the crimes, which were investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Nathaniel J. Gentile.
