Man Caught with Stolen Firearm in Hampshire County
Grover Allen White, a 39-year-old man from Romney, West Virginia, has admitted to a firearms charge. According to local authorities, White pled guilty to one count of “Possession of a Stolen Firearm” in a Hampshire County court.
The crime occurred in June 2016, when White possessed a stolen .380 caliber pistol. He now faces up to 10 years incarceration and a fine of up to $250,000. The actual sentence imposed will be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.
