BLACKFOOT, SOUTH DAKOTA – In a shocking turn of events, 18-year-old Ta-Sunka-Hinz Thunder Hawk, a resident of Blackfoot, South Dakota, has pleaded guilty to Abusive Sexual Contact With a Child.
