Muskogee, OKLAHOMA – In a shocking turn of events, Cainen Isaac Shephard, a 22-year-old resident of Okemah, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The incident occurred on July 2, 2024 in Okfuskee County, within the boundaries of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Reservation. Shephard allegedly assaulted the victim with a dangerous weapon, leading to a felony charge.
