MANUEL HARO-ROCHA, 33, of Guasabe, Mexico was sentenced to time served plus 10 days to allow for deportation proceedings and ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment at the time of deportation for illegally re-entering the United States.

DAVID WAYNE HARDY, 60, of Rawlins, Wyoming was sentenced to 87 months of imprisonment, to be followed by 48 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $900.00 for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana.
Hardy was arrested in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
