ST. LOUIS – In a chilling admission of guilt, Giovanni Falcon, 41, a Mexican national, has pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in St. Louis to child sex abuse charges. Falcon confessed to sexually abusing a minor and engaging in explicit communications with her on Instagram.
The depraved exchange took place over several months, from January 1, 2024, to August 12, 2024. During this time, Falcon bombarded the 15-year-old girl with messages of an inappropriate nature, culminating in the sharing of graphic images of his genitals between July and August of that year.
But the sinister affair took a darker turn when Falcon and the victim engaged in sexual contact on multiple occasions. The breaking point came on August 13, 2024, when the girl’s father discovered the explicit Instagram messages. Enraged and desperate for justice, he contacted the St. Ann Police Department, leading to Falcon’s arrest the very next day.
According to authorities, Falcon has confessed to sexually abusing the victim and admitted his involvement in the case. The U.S. Attorney’s office is seeking 216 months in prison for Falcon at his sentencing scheduled for January 27, 2026. Notably, Falcon is an illegal immigrant in the United States and will face deportation upon his release from prison.
The St. Ann Police Department, alongside U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, played pivotal roles in investigating and bringing this case to light. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jillian Anderson is handling the prosecution of Falcon.
