A 28-year-old Fall River woman, known to her victims as ‘Lula,’ coerced minors and an adult into the sex trade, forcing them to engage in commercial sex acts through physical beatings, threats, intimidation, and other means.
Parker’s scheme unfolded between January and August 2023, with the adult victim being physically beaten, threatened, and verbally abused, and the minors being forced to work in a house and a Somerset hotel.
The sex trafficking ring was dismantled after one of the minor victims called her social worker for help, leading to Parker’s arrest at a Somerset hotel in August 2023.
Parker, arrested in June 2024, has remained in federal custody and is scheduled for sentencing on July 15, 2026.
