Orlando, Florida – In a shocking turn of events, a 26-year-old Orlando man has pleaded guilty to selling machine guns to an undercover law enforcement officer.
Omar Joel Rivera Olivo, 26, Orlando, Florida, pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing and transferring machine guns, a crime that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison for each count.
According to the plea agreement, Rivera Olivo engaged in eight sales of drugs and guns, including automatic weapons, to the undercover officer. The accused initially sold cocaine and marijuana before moving on to firearms.
