Martinsburg Man Admits to Cocaine Distribution

A Martinsburg man has pleaded guilty to distributing cocaine base in Berkeley County. Jarod Arthur Blakney, also known as “Papi,” was 28 years old at the time of the crime.

According to court documents, Blakney sold cocaine base in Berkeley County in June of 2017. He faces up to 20 years incarceration and a fine of up to $1,000,000.
