Muldrow Man Pleads Guilty to Crack and Gun Charges
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – In a grim reminder of the devastating impact of the opioid epidemic, 41-year-old Beau Don Morton of Muldrow, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to two separate federal charges related to drug trafficking and firearm possession.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, Morton knowingly maintained a premises for the purpose of distributing and using a controlled substance, specifically crack cocaine, from March 24, 2022, to April 6, 2022. The charges against Morton also included the possession of a firearm and ammunition as an unlawful user of a controlled substance on April 6, 2022.
