A 37-year-old San Xavier man has been locked up for 28 years for preying on four children in a sickening abuse of trust on the Tohono O’odham Nation.
Ski Redfeather Johnson was sentenced to 340 months in prison after pleading guilty to four counts of Abusive Sexual Contact with a Minor.
The victims, all under the age of 12, were repeatedly assaulted between 2015 and 2020 at Johnson’s residences on the reservation, where he lived alongside the children and their families.
A federal investigation, led by the FBI and the Tohono O’odham Nation Police Department, uncovered the heinous crimes.
Johnson, a member of the Tohono O’odham Nation, is now facing the consequences of his actions, thanks to the bravery of the victims and the tireless work of law enforcement.
