A 47-year-old Sharon PA man’s luck ran out when he got caught with a stash of cocaine and a gun. Bruce Lindsey pleaded guilty to cocaine and firearm charges in federal court on February 26, 2026.
The guilty plea came after Lindsey was caught with the intent to distribute a quantity of cocaine base on March 20, 2025, along with a firearm in furtherance of his drug trafficking crime.
Lindsey’s crime was especially egregious, as he had a prior felony conviction, making it a federal crime for him to possess a firearm or ammunition.
Assistant United States Attorney Craig W. Haller is prosecuting the case. Lindsey’s sentence is scheduled for September 1, 2026. He faces up to life in prison and a $1.5 million fine.
