A massive cocaine and fentanyl trafficking ring operating in Western Pennsylvania has been busted, with four men facing life in prison for their alleged roles. The indictment charges Darius Dudley, 33, of Duquesne; Robert Gonzales, 41, of Jurupa Valley, California; Vince Kelly, 36, of White Oak; and Keontae Spears, 42, of Homestead, with conspiring to possess and distribute massive amounts of both substances from April to August 2025.

The feds say Kelly and Spears attempted to buy and sell cocaine and fentanyl on multiple occasions, with Kelly also accused of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Gonzales allegedly distributed 500 grams of cocaine in June 2025, while Dudley was caught with 280 grams of cocaine base and 500 grams of cocaine in August 2025.

The investigation was led by the FBI, USPS, and PA State Police, with Assistant US Attorney Brendan T. Conway handling the case. The defendants face up to life in prison and fines of up to $20 million.
