A pair of St. Louis fentanyl dealers are headed to federal prison after a DEA-led investigation turned up a cache of guns, cash, and enough deadly dope to kill thousands.

Toneisha Smith, 27, was sentenced to 155 months behind bars for selling fentanyl to undercover agents and nearly hitting three DEA task force officers with her car during a high-speed chase.

Her co-defendant, Trequan Dotson, 25, got 210 months after police found fentanyl, cash, and an arsenal of guns at his home and a separate apartment used for manufacturing and distribution.

Both dealers were part of a larger conspiracy that sold fentanyl to the DEA from March to June 2024.

During a court-approved search of Smith’s home, investigators found fentanyl, cash, and an AR-style pistol, as well as Smith and her co-defendants, including Larry C. Hayes III, and Marcel Harris.
