A 46-year-old Texarkana, Texas man has been slammed with 21+ years in federal prison for peddling 10.8 kilograms of methamphetamine in the heart of Texas.
Timothy Brooks, a local resident, was busted in May 2024 after a massive search of his home yielded the illicit stash, along with a firearm, marijuana, and other contraband.
Brooks’ guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine sealed his fate, as U.S. District Judge Robert W. Schroeder III handed down a 255-month sentence on April 15, 2026.
The case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative aimed at dismantling cartels and transnational organizations.
A multi-agency task force, including the ATF, DEA, and local law enforcement, worked tirelessly to bring Brooks to justice.
