A Lynn Chapter Trinitarios gangster copped to two murders and two attempted murders in a racketeering conspiracy case, federal prosecutors said today.
Luis Enrique Santana, 32, pleaded guilty to participating in the Trinitarios’ violent enterprise, which operates in thousands of locations across the country.
The Trinitarios, a notorious gang, adhere to a strict code and organize violence through a complex hierarchical system, federal authorities said.
Enrique Santana admitted to his role in a 2019 shooting in Lynn that left three rival gang members injured and his involvement as an accessory after the fact to two murders.
This is the ninth guilty plea in the case, which was sparked by a series of violent incidents in Lynn in 2023.
