Tyrone Jose Beltran Lugo, a 27-year-old Orlando man, has been charged with trafficking over 20 kilograms of cocaine, a crime that could land him in prison for life.
According to court documents, a federal search warrant was executed at a residence used by Beltran Lugo. What investigators found was a staggering amount of illicit goods: over 20 kilograms of cocaine, approximately $96,000 in currency, nearly 85 grams of heroin, and two loaded handguns with extended magazines.
Beltran Lugo faces a maximum penalty of life in federal prison if convicted of possession with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, as outlined in the indictment.
