Valadez-Lara Charged

Two Mexican nationals, Juan Ramon Valadez-Lara, age 26, and Joel Noe Fabian-Vazquez, age 27, have been indicted on charges of unlawful reentry to the United States, according to Steven M. Dettelbach, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.

Valadez-Lara is accused of unlawfully reentering the United States on May 12, 2014. The specifics of his case are still under investigation, but the charges against him are serious and could result in significant penalties if convicted.

Fabian-Vazquez, on the other hand, is accused of unlawfully reentering the United States on May 21, 2014. Like Valadez-Lara, his case is being handled by the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Port Clinton, Ohio, and he faces similar charges and potential penalties.

The cases against Valadez-Lara and Fabian-Vazquez are not related, and each will be tried separately. The investigating agency in these cases is the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Port Clinton, Ohio, and they are being handled by Assistant United States Attorney Noah P. Hood.
